background-repeat: initial;">寻乌太湖水库PPP项目总投资7.56亿元，寻乌县政府授权寻乌县太湖水库投资开发有限责任公司（简称“太湖公司”）作为PPP项目实施主体。太湖公司通过政府采购方式选定咨询公司，确定项目的合作方式、投资范围，编制了PPP项目实施方案。2015年9月，寻乌县与中标社会资本方江西水投集团签订投资协议，由政府方太湖公司和社会资本方江西水投集团共同出资成立PPP项目公司江西赣寻水利投资开发有限公司，负责项目的建设及运营，政府方与社会资本方占股比例为3∶7。太湖水库PPP项目采用BOT模式，回报机制为授予特许经营权，使用者付费加政府补贴的方式。太湖水库将解决寻乌县县城及部分乡镇、村供水问题，实现乡镇供水一体化。</p></section><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 18px; line-height: inherit; text-indent: 28px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"> 太湖水库工程坝址地处水源乡太湖村，是一座以供水为主，兼有灌溉、防洪等综合效益的中型水库。该工程建成后，日供水能力可达5.53万立方米，可解决寻乌县城、水库下游4个乡镇共18.77万居民的生活及部分企业的用水需求，改善城乡居民的生活用水质量。同时，可提高下游8.46万亩农田的灌溉用水保证率。此外，可使水库下游沿河两岸防护对象（人口1.07万，耕地0.55万亩）的防洪能力由5年一遇提高到10年一遇。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;
