line-height: 2em;">1、入院就医时请向经治医生告知您属于“城乡贫困人口”对象，并出示“一本通”或其它相关贫困户证件，经治医生开具《入院卡》。</h3><h3 style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">2、持经治医生开具的《入院卡》、“一本通”或其它相关贫困户证件、贫困人口医保IC卡和身份证到门诊一楼住院收费窗口办理入院手续，收费员在《入院卡》处加盖“健康扶贫”章并为您办理“先诊疗、后付费”手续。</h3><h3 style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">3、持加盖有“健康扶贫”章《入院卡》到相应科室办理入科手续，住院期间我们的工作人员将不再催缴您的任何住院费用。</h3><h3 style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">4、出院时持出院资料直接至住院收费窗口“一站式”同步结算窗口办理出院手续。“四道医疗保障线”（即基本医疗保险、大病保险、贫困人口疾病医疗补充保险、民政医疗救助）和“医院承担目录外住院医疗费用5%”在出院时凭贫困人口医保IC卡即时结算，同时我们医院承担的三免四减半优惠也于出院结算时直接为您减免，您只需负担由您自己承担的个人自付费用。</h3><hr style="max-width: 100%;
