line-height: 2em;">据悉，根据今年3月市委、市政府联合出台的《关于加快特色小镇建设的实施意见》精神，我市将在2017年、2018年的3月底前分两批组织集中申报，两年合计确定公布40个左右市级特色小镇创建名单。到2020年，将建成一批产业特色鲜明、体制机制灵活、人文气息浓厚、生态环境优美、社区功能完善、示范效应明显的特色小镇。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">记者了解到，列入第一批创建名单的20个市级特色小镇，市特色小镇建设工作联席会议办公室将严格按照《关于加快特色小镇建设的实施意见》等文件要求，对其实行动态监管，加强指导，推进规划项目落地。创建期间，经实地考查，年度考核优秀或合格的，落实市级支持政策；对年度考核不合格的，不享受市级支持政策，并调整进入观察名单。</p></section></section><p><br></p></section>
