background-repeat: initial;">柯岩松指出，推进“两个半村”移民搬迁工作，是保护我县饮用水源水质安全的必然要求，是整村推进移民进城的必要举措，也是县委、县政府从大局长远出发作出的郑重决策。县委、政府始终本着以人为本的理念和实事求是的态度，从工作启动之初制定下发方案，到现在郑重其事地完善和优化移民搬迁政策，所有工作的出发点和落脚点都围绕“让利百姓”，让百姓在政策范围内利益最大化。“两个半村”移民搬迁工作已启动近两个月，政策最优惠期也即将结束，然而，还有部分村民不理解县委、县政府的政策，仍在犹豫观望之中。</p></section><p><br></p><section class="_135editor" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="89069" style="border-width: 0px; background-repeat: initial;">柯岩松要求，为加快推进这项工作，要继续坚持党员、干部带头，这是我们党的优良传统和作风，也是党员、干部应尽的义务；要相信和团结群众，工作干部要熟悉掌握政策并做好政策宣传、思想动员工作，让老百姓充分了解政策、主动支持工作；要依法推进工作，在法律框架内解决问题，在征地拆迁工作中维护好百姓合法利益；要秉持公平公正公开的原则，坚决按方案、按政策推进工作，“一把尺子量到底”；要把握时间节点，在9月8日最优惠政策截止日前完成任务，最大限度保障搬迁群众利益不受损失，保障涉及全县人民饮水安全的重大决策落实不延误，确保干成、干好这一重大民生工程。</p></section><p><br></p><section class="_135editor" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="89069" style="border-width: 0px;
