line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">在推进会上，县委书记柯岩松作了寻乌县扶贫工作情况汇报。他说，党的十八大以来，寻乌县各级领导干部认真学习习近平总书记关于脱贫攻坚的系列重要讲话精神，在学习领悟中提高政治站位、找准核心要义、强化使命担当。坚持把脱贫攻坚摆在全县工作的龙头位置，集聚干部力量、各类资金、各方资源等要素，攻坚精准扶贫、精准脱贫工作。紧扣贫困人口脱贫和贫困村退出的关键任务，实施精准帮扶、整村推进，并对标中央、省市脱贫退出指标体系，及时校准攻坚措施。以问题整改补齐攻坚短板，做到识别再过滤，不让一个贫困群众掉队；措施再精准，不让一项扶贫措施落空；作风再强化，不让一个扶贫干部懈怠，全面加大工作力度，确保全县如期脱贫退出。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">赵力平在听取有关情况汇报后指出，近年来，各级帮扶单位和企业对帮扶工作高度重视，投入了大量的人力物力倾心帮扶寻乌，实施了基础设施建设、产业发展、移民搬迁、公共服务等一大批项目，有力地推进了寻乌脱贫攻坚工作。同时，寻乌扶贫工作扎实有力，制定出台了17个专项（行业）扶贫政策等，有效解决了贫困群众的住房安全保障、产业发展、教育、医疗等方面的问题，成效比较明显。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">就进一步做好寻乌脱贫攻坚工作，赵力平强调，要提高思想认识，切实把思想和行动统一到中央和省委的决策部署上来。要深刻认识脱贫攻坚的重大意义，真正把脱贫攻坚作为当前和今后一个时期的头等大事和第一民生工程来抓，全力以赴打赢脱贫攻坚战。要按照中央和省委部署要求，结合寻乌实际，科学制定脱贫目标和脱贫计划，明确重点任务，实行挂图作战，确保如期实现脱贫攻坚目标任务。要全面掌握脱贫攻坚的基本方法，切实把“六个精准”要求体现到各项工作中去，不断提高精准扶贫精准脱贫的成效。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">赵力平强调，要激发内生动力，切实增强贫困地区的造血功能。要着力发展县域经济，以脱贫攻坚统领经济社会发展全局，把脱贫攻坚与推动主导产业发展、切实改善民生结合起来，为脱贫攻坚打下坚实的物质基础，确保全面脱贫见成果、县域经济上台阶。要着力加强基层组织建设，发挥好村党组织在脱贫攻坚中的战斗堡垒作用，深入实施“党建+脱贫攻坚”工程，发展村级光伏电站、产业基地等，增强村一级带动产业发展、带领群众脱贫的能力。要着力推进文化扶贫，充分用好中宣部对口支援这一优势，加快推进贫困地区百县万村综合文化服务中心示范工程建设，在培训贫困劳动力技能方面多想办法，切实提升贫困户就业创业的能力。要着力促进乡风文明，重点围绕解决因懒致贫、因赌致贫、因婚致贫、因子女不赡养致贫等问题，加大正面典型宣传和反面典型曝光的力度，加强农村精神文明建设，推动形成积极向上的社会风尚。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89);
