box-sizing: border-box; padding: 0px; margin: 0px; text-align: left; color: inherit;font-size:14px;"><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（一）对恢复柑橘种植的在册贫困户，享受以下扶持政策：</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">1．<span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">建园补助</span>。符合复种条件，并经村、乡（镇）和县果业局、县扶贫和移民办同意许可种植柑橘的，按《寻乌县柑橘产业恢复种植的实施意见》（寻办发〔2016〕3号）规定，给予300元/亩的一次性补助。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2．<span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">免费供应苗木</span>。对符合复种条件的按（寻府办字〔2016〕99号）文件规定程序申报后，实行“先买后补”，免费供应柑橘无病毒容器苗,每户供应苗木株数限定在300株以内。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">3．<span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">网棚补助</span>。搭建假植网棚的，采取“先建后补”的方式，标准钢架棚一次性给予3元/株补助，简易棚一次性给予2元/株补助。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">4.．<span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">林业补助</span>。种植山顶“戴帽”林及果园隔离防护林达到验收标准的，一次性给予300元/亩的补助。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">5．<span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">信贷扶持</span>。符合柑橘复种条件的，参照《关于进一步调整农业产业结构促进农业产业转型发展意见》（寻办发〔2016〕4号）规定，给予金融信贷扶持及贴息补助。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（二）对尚有收益且柑橘黄龙病防控较好的在册贫困户，享受以下扶持政策：</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">1．<span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">防控补助</span>。主动清除病树，配合乡（镇）、村柑橘黄龙病防控工作的，一次性给予100元/亩补助。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2．<span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">免费供应苗木</span>。按程序申报后，实行“先买后补”，免费供应“补缺”所需的柑橘无病毒容器苗，每户供应苗木株数限定在300株以内。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">3．<span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">网棚补助</span>。搭建假植网棚的采取“先建后补”的方式，标准钢架棚一次性给予3元/株补助，简易棚一次性给予2元/株补助。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（三）对贫困村建设柑橘扶贫种植基地的，享受以下扶持政策：</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">1．<span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">建园补助</span>。符合标准化生态建园要求的扶贫基地，优先列为市、县柑橘标准化生态示范园建设点,给予300元/亩的一次性补助。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2．<span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">就业补助</span>。吸纳10户以上贫困户劳动就业，持续就业时间达10个月以上的，按贫困人口500元/人·年的标准给予补助。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">3．<span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">林业补助</span>。种植山顶“戴帽”林及果园隔离防护林达到验收标准的，一次性给予300元/亩的补助。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;
