padding: 5px 15px;"><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">2017年8月30日，中共寻乌县委宣传部印发关于印发《开展“桠髻钵山”更名并向社会公开征集活动工作方案》的通知。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">为响应国家生态文明试验区（江西）建设号召，进一步唱响东江源头品牌，扩大寻乌对外影响力和知名度，经研究，决定对寻乌县三标乡东江源村桠髻钵山进行更名，并向社会公开征集命名，特制定本方案。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>一、基本情况</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">桠髻钵山位于东江源头寻乌县三标乡东江源村，海拔1101.9米，集水面积2平方公里。境内为典型的亚热带季风湿润区，森林茂密，郁郁葱葱。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">东江源头到底在哪里，多年来一直争论不休。为了科学、准确地分析判定，2002年11月，由省内水文、测绘、林业、地矿、人事等部门专家组成了东江源头科学考察小组，2013年底正式启动科考工作。这是国内首次对东江源头进行的多学科、多方位的综合性科学考察。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">经过一年多的艰苦努力，科考小组采用溯源而上、走访群众、实地勘测、资料分析、科学论证的方法，于2004年3月得出“东江的源河为寻乌水三桐河，源头位于桠髻钵山南侧，发源地为桠髻钵山”的结论。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">2004年6月27日，省科技厅组织省内专家学者对这一成果进行评审。与会专家经过认真的讨论评议后一致认为：科考小组得出的结论“数据可靠、结论正确”，新华社也刊发了通稿。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>二、更名原因及目的</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">东江是珠江四大水系之一，是河源、惠州、东莞、深圳等珠三角地区及香港特区重要的生产生活用水发源地，对于促进珠三角地区的发展以及维护香港特区繁荣稳定作出了极大贡献，而作为东江源头的桠髻钵山更应凸显其重要性。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">因桠髻钵山名字较生僻，不好记、不易写，不利于对外宣传推介、不利于提升寻乌东江源头的重要地位。通过更名征集，使之更具文化韵味，更有利于打好生态建设攻坚战、更有利于打响东江源生态品牌。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>三、命名要求</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">1、突出山体作为东江源头的特殊性、重要性、所处位置的显要性；</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">2、突出东江源头的文化品味，使山名看上去通俗易懂、读起来朗朗上口、写起来简单易行；</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"> 3、突出东江源头的特色亮点、地理风貌，融合当地的人文历史；</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">4、突出东江源头的形象提升，言简意赅，易记好写，一般不宜超过三个字，有利于东江源头的宣传推介、有利于东江源品牌的宣传推广、有利于凸显寻乌作为东江源头县的重要性。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>四、征集要求</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">所有应征的命名，均应附上简短的说明文字（限200字以内），并附上命名者的姓名、单位或地址、联系电话等个人资料</span>。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>五、征集时间及范围</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">从<span style="color: rgb(255, 76, 0);">2017年9月1日起至2017年9月30日止</span>，向全社会公开征集。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>六、征集方式</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">1、<span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">集体组织</span>。各乡（镇）、各单位围绕命名工作进行深入讨论，集思广益，广泛开展征集活动。同时，发动社会各界积极参与。在截止日期前各乡（镇）须报送6条以上，各单位须报送3条以上。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">2、<span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">个人投稿</span>。个人投稿经信函、电子邮件等方式收集，并附详细的联系地址和真实姓名。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>七、征集途径</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>八、评奖及方案采用</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">1、成立评审领导小组，组织有关部门和专家对所有征集方案进行初步评选。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">2、评审领导小组评出<span style="color: rgb(255, 76, 65);">一等奖1名，奖金500元；二等奖2名，奖金各300元；三等奖3名，奖金各100元</span>。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">3、对评出的6个候选名单，通过网站、微信公众号等进行公开投票。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">4、对得票数前三名的，提交县政府常务会、县委常委会研究讨论，做出最后决定。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">5、命名一经上述程序确定并最终正式采用，<span style="color: rgb(255, 76, 65);">为录用者颁发证书和1000元奖金</span>。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;
