text-indent: 2em;"><span style="line-height: 25.6px;">据悉，派驻县环保局检察室的主要工作职责是协助环保部门依法查办各类破坏生态环境违法案件，对涉嫌犯罪的，引导调查取证，加强查办破坏生态环境刑事案件的业务指导，对在全县有重大影响的案件实行跟踪督办；参与调研环保行政执法案件的查处情况，为环保行政执法活动提供支持与帮助；监督有关单位和责任人履行环保行政决定；探索建立检察机关提起生态环境行政公益诉讼机制等。</span></p><p style="text-align: center;
