全市第18次机关党建工作交流暨2017年度理论研讨会在寻召开

font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box !important;">会议总结了我市机关党建和理论研究取得的成效，并指出，党的十九大是在我国全面建成小康社会决胜阶段、中国特色社会主义进入新时代的关键时期召开的一次十分重要的大会。各级机关党组织要把学习贯彻十九大精神作为首要政治任务、头等大事，往深里走、往实里抓，学懂弄通做实。全市机关作为服务和推动各级党委决策部署贯彻落实的政治机关，要在前一段密集学习的基础上,进一步增强责任感和紧迫性，以更高标准、更高站位、更严要求，持续推进十九大精神的学习贯彻。</span></p><p style="text-align: center; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box !important;">会议强调，要按照十九大精神谋划机关党建工作，推动全面从严治党向纵深发展。坚持把党的政治建设摆在首要位置。市直机关是全市党员最集中、骨干最集中、行政权力最集中的地方，必须在政治立场、政治方向、政治原则、政治道路上同党中央保持高度一致。坚持用党的理论创新成果武装头脑。学习贯彻十九大精神，首要的、核心的是深刻学习领会习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想。机关各级党组织和广大机关党员干部要以“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育为重要抓手，推动党的创新理论学习，切实加强机关思想建设。着力提升基层党支部组织力。</span><span style="max-width: 100%; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">贯彻全面从严治党，支部建设是重中之重，任何时候不能放松。</span><span style="max-width: 100%; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">党的十九大报告指出，要以提升组织力为重点，突出政治功能，把企业、农村、机关等基层党组织建设成为宣传党的主张、贯彻党的决定、领导基层治理、团结动员群众、推动改革发展的坚强战斗堡垒。</span></p><p style="text-align: center; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box !important;">会议要求，要扎实推进当前工作，把学习贯彻党的十九大精神不断引向深入。一是做好年度考评工作。今年，市直机关党建考评，仍然以在线考核为主，同时对“学习贯彻十九大”、推进“两学一做”等重点工作进行专项考核。根据市委《若干措施》，党建考核结果实行一票否决，主要是指，党建考核“不合格”的单位，将取消在市级各项考评中的评先评优资格。二是层层开展抓基层党建工作述职评议。在继续抓好机关党组织书记述职评议工作基础上，还将按照市委要求组织对各单位党组（党委）书记的述职评议，把党组（党委）主体责任和党组（党委）书记第一责任摆到最前面。同时，市直各单位机关党组织要结合实际，按照要求层层开展机关党建述职评议工作。三是扎实推进“两学一做”学习教育常态化制度化。两学一做”第四专题将要结束，即将进入召开党支部专题组织生活会和领导干部专题民主生活会阶段。各单位要严格按照工作任务要求和时间进度安排，善始善终抓好每个环节、每个步骤的推进。四是做好走访慰问困难党员（职工）工作。要加强党内激励关怀帮扶，认真做好元旦、春节走访慰问，搞好调查摸底，对机关老党员、困难党员（职工）、困难群众进行走访慰问。五是认真谋划好明年工作。要在总结今年工作基础上，结合本次党建理论研讨活动，对照《实施意见》《若干措施》和《责任清单》等文件，对明年工作进行认真谋划，提出新年度机关党建的总体思路和工作安排。</span></p></section></section></article><section data-role="outer" label="Powered by 135editor.com" style="max-width: 100%;
