寻乌公安：召开脱贫攻坚誓师大会

text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;">雷鸣<strong>强调</strong>，要切实增强做好精准扶贫工作责任感紧迫感。今年以来，我们作为帮扶干部在澄江镇党委政府的协调指挥下，在各村村委干部的关心帮助下，扶贫各项工作有序开展，也取得了一定的成绩。普遍存在以下几点问题：<strong>一是重视程度不够。</strong>有的民警对精准扶贫重要性、紧迫性认识不足，没有作为重中之重的工作来抓，思想上存在误区，导致进村入户不到位、工作思路不清晰、帮扶措施不具体、资料台账不完善，甚至有的民警对自己结对帮扶贫困户的家庭基本情况都不清楚，要是认真督查起来，肯定是一问三不知，或者答非所问；<strong>二是扶贫流于形式。</strong>我们很多帮扶干部总认为我们公安民警就应该是打击违法犯罪的，认为扶贫工作不是我们的主业，在开展扶贫工作时很被动，等上级有检查要求时，只是简单地去下村走一走、签签字了事，没有做到真帮扶；<strong>三是拖拉没有效率。</strong>就拿填写一户一档资料来讲，很早以前就要求了要完善，但是至今还有很多帮扶干部结对帮扶的一户一档相关台账还没有完善，办事拖拉没有一点效率。</p><p style="line-height: 25.6px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;">雷鸣<strong>要求</strong>，要统筹协调集中精力保质保量完成扶贫任务。<strong>一是要明确职责分工。</strong>近期，因人事变动，我们局扶贫办进行了适当调整，局扶贫办要切实担负起工作职责，积极主动与县扶贫办、澄江镇扶贫办对接好，及时将相关扶贫工作任务、要求传达给帮扶干部，帮扶干部要在各村第一书记、工作队带头下，快速高效地完成各项扶贫工作任务；<strong>二是要完善资料台账。</strong>查看各类资料台账是迎检考核的一项重要工作，资料台账也是我们帮扶工作中很突出的一块“短板”，为此，我们一定要狠下功夫，对照工作要求，该张贴的要张贴，该填的表格要填好，逻辑关系有错误的抓紧纠正。总之，哪里有问题就整改哪里，有针对性地开展工作，全面完善资料台账；<strong>三是要严明工作纪律。</strong>为确保我局结对帮扶工作顺利完成，一定要明确工作纪律，帮扶干部在入户走访开展工作过程中要注意言谈举止，保持人民警察良好形象，对局扶贫办下发的工作任务，要及时完成，局督察部门要加大扶贫领域各项工作的督察力度，对工作不认真、不用心的，要及时通报、约谈、处理。</p></section></section></section><section data-id="89715" data-tools="135编辑器" style="line-height: 25.6px;
