margin-left: auto; padding: 15px; max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; white-space: pre-wrap; text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">寻乌法院受理后认为，被告人王某、尹某、蓝某以营利为目的，利用“钓虾公”方式招引他人聚众赌博，参赌人数达到20人以上，其行为构成赌博罪。最后，被告人王某、尹某、蓝某皆因犯赌博罪，分别被判处判处有期徒刑六至七个月以及拘役，且都并处罚金人民币一万元，相关作案工具、赃款也被依法没收。</span></p><p style="margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; padding: 15px; max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; white-space: pre-wrap; text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">原告邱某是寻乌县城镇居民，无社保退休金，现患高血压、高血糖等长期慢性病，日常血糖需靠人工胰岛素控制，需要长期治疗，邱某与妻子肖某共育有二子二女，四子女均已成家立户。 1997年，邱某将位于寻乌县城的固定财产分配给邱大邱小二人（两个儿子），自己与妻肖某一直随邱小居住生活。2013年，邱大邱小二人协商将所分得的一块地用于共同建房，2017年此房因棚户区改造拆迁，邱大邱小二人协商将征地所得补偿款中135019.70元用于邱某生夫妇的生活及医疗费用，该款暂存于邱女（女儿）账户。但之后邱大以不正当理由阻止邱某支取该款项。最后，邱某因这赡养纠纷将子女们起诉至寻乌法院。</span></p><p style="margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; padding: 15px; max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; white-space: pre-wrap; text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">寻乌法院立案后，经办法官多次耐心细致做工作，最终父子双方握手言和，自愿达成调解协议：邱某随邱小共同生活，其妻肖某随邱大共同生活，基本生活分别由邱大邱小二人料理；肖某领取的社保金，每月给付50%给邱某作为零用钱；邱某夫妇平时的小病费用由共同生活的儿子料理，邱某每月的胰岛素注射及高血压的治疗费用先由邱小垫付，每月根据实际支出的费用由邱大邱小各一半分摊；如邱某夫妇出现大病，先由共同生活的儿子送至医院治疗，邱女作为联络人通知兄弟两个并预交相关费用，住院期间的护理由邱大邱小共同负责，在报销医保后的医疗费用，由邱大邱小各一半分摊。</span></p><p style="margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; padding: 15px; max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; white-space: pre-wrap; text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">原告廖某于2017年6月经他人介绍认识被告刘某， 2017年6月25日晚上，原告廖某及其父母、媒人前往被告家中与被告刘某协商彩礼，商定彩礼总额为89000元，当晚原告父母将19000元由媒人当面转交给被告陈某（刘某父亲）。6月26日，按被告刘某要求购买金项链、金耳环、金手链、金戒指折款11126元。7月22日，原告父母及媒人在场时，向被告刘某支付彩礼30000元，并商定于2017年8月23日回老家寻乌县南桥镇订婚。订婚后，原告廖某便与被告刘某同居。双方同居二十多天后，被告刘某被其母亲刘某叫回其家中。9月8日，被告刘某在广州市某医院检查已经怀孕，之后便开始躲避原告。11月9日，被告刘某在未告知原告廖某的情况下，在广州某医院终止妊娠。原告廖某也曾多次询问被告刘某是否终止妊娠，但刘某却故意隐瞒，因此双方开始产生纠纷。现原告廖某向被告刘某提出解除婚约，并要求被告刘某一家退回已支付的49000元彩礼和四金，合计60126元。</span></p><p style="margin-right: auto;
