<p><br></p><section data-role="outer" label="Powered by 135editor.com"><section class="_135editor" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="92285" style="border-width: 0px;border-style: none;border-color: initial;box-sizing: border-box;"><section class="_135editor" style="border-width: 0px;border-style: none;border-color: initial;box-sizing: border-box;"><section style="padding: 10px;box-sizing: border-box;"><section class="135brush" style="border-width: 20px;border-style: solid;-webkit-border-image: url(" https:="" mmbiz.qpic.cn="" mmbiz_png="" un1liav7ojicibbep9s4uzodt9a1gvj04d2do03b04dtdkycbhwrubsv3tjyo8k12a04pdr4yuykkukatcecagba="" 640?wx_fmt="png")" 35="" fill;padding:="" 8px;line-height:="" 28px;background-color:="" rgb(51,="" 51,="" 51);max-width:="" 750px;margin-right:="" auto;margin-left:="" auto;text-align:="" justify;box-sizing:="" border-box;"=""><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">5月22日，以省督学、省委宣传部原副巡视员邱尚仁为组长的省政府教育督导评估组一行来到我县，就我县义务教育均衡发展工作进行省级督导评估。市委教育工委书记邝先元，市教育局相关负责人；县领导柯岩松、杨永飞、张海、何小萍、汪上红、钟杰参加了汇报会。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">汇报会上，督导评估组组长邱尚仁就此次督导评估的内容、标准、程序、方法进行了说明，强调了工作要求；县委书记柯岩松作了致辞；县长杨永飞汇报了我县义务教育均衡发展工作情况；与会人员观看了义务教育均衡发展汇报视频，对督导评估组提出的问题进行现场答辩。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">近年来，县委、县政府切实履行教育主体责任，牢固树立“教育是最大的民生”和“教育优先发展”理念，全面实施“科教兴县”和“人才强县”战略，持续加大教育投入，强力推进义务教育均衡发展，全县办学条件不断改善，城乡差距不断缩小，教育质量稳步提高，全县教育事业取得了长足发展。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">在工作推进中，我县坚持教育优先发展，压实均衡发展责任。把办人民满意教育，增强寻乌竞争力和发展后劲作为 “十二五”“十三五”期间的重点工作来抓，确保每个孩子“有学上、上好学、能成才”。坚持教育持续发展，全力保障教育投入。克服县级财力薄弱的困难，优先保证教育经费投入，优先落实教育重大项目，优先解决教育突出问题，确保了县财政负担的教育资金及时足额拨付到位。坚持统筹协调，扎实推动各类教育改革发展。加快推进县域内城乡各类学校软件硬件设施建设，达到标准统一、教师编制标准统一、生均公用经费基准定额统一、基本装备配置标准统一和“两免一补”政策城乡全覆盖，实现县域内教育基本均衡发展。坚持教育公平，实现阳光操作。在打造“品质学校、品位教师、品德学生”教育特色的同时，加大改革创新力度，努力缩小区域、校际差距，使广大学生都能接受公平、高质量的教育。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">对照教育部《县域义务教育均衡发展督导评估暂行办法》和《江西省县域义务教育均衡发展督导评估实施办法》要求，我县参加评估的48所义务教育学校已全部达到省定办学基本条件；依据省规定的差异系数计算方法，以全县义务教育学校“生均教学及辅助用房面积”等八项指标，我县目前小学、初中校际综合差异系数均在省定标准范围之内；对照义务教育均衡发展工作评估表中“入学机会”“保障机制”“教师队伍”“质量与管理”四大块标准和要求，逐一进行自评分析，各项指标均已达到相关要求。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">会议结束后，督导评估组还分别召开了人大代表与政协委员座谈会、学生家长座谈会、校长座谈会和教师座谈会，围绕县域义务教育基本均衡发展展开讨论。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">据了解，此次督查评估为期3天，督查组将通过听取汇报、查看资料、实地检查等方式对我县县域义务教育均衡发展的工作情况进行详细评估。</p></section></section></section></section><p style="text-align: right;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">记者 陈星亮 谢世金</span></p></section><section data-role="outer" label="Powered by 135editor.com" style="max-width: 100%;
