color: rgb(0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box !important;">是指违反防治环境污染的法律规定，造成环境污染，后果严重，依照法律应受到刑事处罚的行为。最高人民法院、最高人民检察院对《中华人民共和国刑法修正案(八)》(以下简称《修正案八》)罪名做出补充规定，<strong>取消原重大环境污染事故罪罪名，改为污染环境罪。</strong>该罪具体的内容包括“违反国家规定，排放、倾倒或者处置有放射性的废物、含传染病病原体的废物、有毒物质或者其他有害物质，严重污染环境的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处罚金；后果特别严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。”<br style="max-width: 100%;
