box-sizing: border-box !important;">但是，李某在2015年已经将该案肇事车实际转让给了张某，交付时车辆尚未报废也通过年检，交易价格也属正常。根据我国侵权责任法第五十条规定，当事人之间已经以买卖等方式转让并交付机动车但未办理所有权转移登记，发生交通事故后属于该机动车一方责任的，由保险公司在机动车强制保险责任限额范围内予以赔偿；不足部分,由受让人承担赔偿责任。</span></p><p style="margin-right: 8px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">广东省广州市从化法院经审理查明，阿宏驾驶证已经过期，事故车辆的登记所有人不是阿宏，而是转让该车给阿宏的胡某，摩托车除了灯光、制动不合格外，也没有购买交强险和第三者责任险，机动车状态为强制注销。</span></p><p style="margin-right: 8px; margin-bottom: 15px; margin-left: 8px;
