box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="color: rgb(245, 0, 0);box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">第一，在引进人才上</strong></span>，我们实施重点行业人才引进措施，重点引进享受市级以上政府特殊津贴的专家、重点学科学术带头人和具有全日制博士学位的专业技术人才，给予每人每年10万元的人才特殊津贴；同时，我们还出台了人才公寓管理政策，将符合条件的乡村教师住房纳入本地城镇住房保障范围，并且从今年起，逐步推行免费为每位农村教师提供一张床、一张办公桌、一台热水器、一台电视机、一套厨房设备的“五个一”服务。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;
