text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">理事会为联盟的决策机构，成员由核心成员单位主要领导或其指定代表人员组成，创立之初由优秀的青年企业家组成，后期成员增加由理事会成员共同决议。理事会每年召开一次，负责拟定、修改和审议联盟章程，审定联盟发展战略和年度计划。理事会设理事长1名，副理事长2名，理事长由团<span style="max-width: 100%;
