box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em;"><br style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em;"> 近年来，寻乌县15个乡镇184个村（居委会）均组建了村民理事会、红白理事会、禁毒禁赌会、民情民意会等村民自治组织。寻乌县法院借此契机，积极开展“法官在身边”活动，主动与184个村民自治组织建立定期联系机制，做到了一村一法官。每当纠纷发生后，法官和农村“五老”人员（老党员、老干部、老劳模、老退伍军人、老教师）以及乡贤人士、人大代表、政协委员、人民调解员等，就会第一时间参与调解，及时将村里“家长里短”“鸡毛蒜皮”等纠纷化解。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em;"><br style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em;"> 村民自治组织还会邀请法官对制定的乡规民约进行“法律过滤”。“法律过滤”后的乡规民约，不仅会更便于村民自觉遵守，也成了自治组织化解矛盾纠纷的重要依据，确保了“小事不出村、大事不出镇、矛盾不上交、就地予化解”。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em;"><br style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em;"> 法院受理案件后，也会进行繁简分流，并邀请当事人所在地的“五老”人员、人民调解员等全程参与案件的调解工作，利用他们了解当事人性格以及熟悉纠纷产生的原因、经过等优势，多方做当事人的思想工作，争取案件调解结案、和解执行。“我们还特别注重对案件当事人进行判后释疑和回访，详细讲解我们为什么这样判，最大限度化解当事人之间的怨气和隔阂，真正做到案结事了人和。”寻乌县法院立案庭庭长赖建春告诉记者。</p><p style="max-width: 100%;
