（一）厅执法监督处应当每季度根据结案情况，对符合举报奖励条件的，提出奖励发放意见（附有关材料：举报有功人员名单、身份证号码、联系电话及地址，举报受理记录复印件、行政处罚决定书及罚没款收据复印件或公安立案告知书等），经处务会研究并报请厅分管领导审批后，以厅名义向举报有功人员发出领取奖励金的通知；</p><p style='-webkit-max-logical-width: （三）厅执法监督处办理支付举报奖励金时，应填写《举报奖励金发放表》，注明案件名称、奖励金数额、领款人身份证号、审批人、经办人、证明人等内容。奖金直接转账到举报有功人员银行账户（卡）；</p><p style='-webkit-max-logical-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;cursor: text;box-sizing: border-box #c00000;'>对同一案件只能奖励举报人一次，不得重复奖励。</span></strong>对同一违法行为多人举报的，按提供举报材料可信度、详实性及配合调查情况奖励最优举报人，相同情况下按照受理时间奖励最先举报人。两人及以上联名举报同一案件线索的，奖金由举报人自行协商分配；协商不成的，按人数平均分配。</p><p style='-webkit-max-logical-width:
