max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); letter-spacing: 0.544px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; font-family: -apple-system-font, BlinkMacSystemFont, Arial, sans-serif; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>四、违反本通告规定，在禁止燃放烟花爆竹的时间、地点燃放烟花爆竹，或者以危害公共安全和人身、财产安全的方式燃放烟花爆竹的，依照《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》规定，责令停止燃放，处100元以上500元以下的罚款；构成违反治安管理行为的，依法给予治安管理处罚；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任；造成财产损失或者人身伤害的，依法承担民事责任。无民事行为能力或者限制民事行为能力人给他人造成损害的，由其监护人依法承担损害赔偿责任。<p style='text-align: justify;
