border-bottom: 1px solid rgb(51, 51, 51); border-left: 1px solid rgb(51, 51, 51); border-top: none; border-bottom-left-radius: 6px; border-bottom-right-radius: 6px; line-height: 1.75em;'>湿疹不是“湿”所致</section></section></section></section> 湿疹是儿童常见的疹子，发病率在10%-20%之间，多在宝宝出生40天后出现。少数在满月内出现。 图片来源：科学家庭育儿设计团队 湿疹多出现在宝宝的头部、面部、耳后。 表现为皮肤皲裂、增厚、渗液和结痂。随着宝宝长大，可以爬行，四肢的伸侧被摩擦，也会出现湿疹。 尿布区一般不会出现，因为摩擦少、湿度大。 湿疹宝宝会非常痒，不停抓挠，甚至表现出烦躁。 图片来源：科学家庭育儿设计团队 看着娃遭罪，宝爸妈们各出奇招对抗缠人的湿疹。但是，一不小心也会陷入误区！ ✘娃患湿疹，是环境太潮湿了 湿疹的原因不是湿，而是皮肤干燥，屏障功能受损，导致外界刺激物进入皮肤内，产生皮肤炎症、过敏所致。 可以多涂抹保湿霜给宝宝的皮肤保湿。头部、面部、耳后等部位都是适用的。 ✘激素类软膏对娃不好，坚决不用 使用专业的湿疹膏，才是对娃好。 宝宝的面部、耳后、颈部、腋窝等地，根据医生的建议选择适宜的激素。 比如1%氢化可的松乳膏，0.05%醋酸地塞米松乳膏，0.05%地奈德乳膏。 如果是重度湿疹，在使用激素后效果不佳，需要考虑是牛奶蛋白过敏。 在医生的建议下，母乳喂养的宝宝，宝妈需回避牛奶类食物；配方奶粉喂养的宝宝则需要更换深度水解配方奶粉。必要时就医！ 图片来源：科学家庭育儿设计团队 宝宝的身体无小事。爸妈要关注的还很多。</section></section></section></div>
