box-sizing: border-box;" align="left"><strong>1.落实奖补政策。</strong>坚持“谁种植补贴谁，不种植不补贴”的原则，<span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">耕地地力保护补贴按112元/亩、稻谷补贴按40元/亩.季的标准发放给种植主体</span>。</p><p style="text-align: left; box-sizing: border-box;" align="left"><strong>2.支持规模经营。</strong>对规模种植粮食作物（主要是水稻、玉米、红薯、大豆）的种粮大户（合作社、公司），给予以下奖励政策：</p><p style="text-align: left; box-sizing: border-box;" align="left">（1）<span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">对集中连片种植80亩（含）以上的，奖补300元/亩.季；集中连片种植40亩（含）以上的，奖补200元/亩.季</span>。</p><p style="text-align: left; box-sizing: border-box;" align="left">（2）对水稻种植实行全程机械化的新购买农机，<span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">除享受国家购机补贴政策外，再按补贴金额的20%给予补助</span>。</p><p style="text-align: left; box-sizing: border-box;" align="left">（3）优先安排高标准农田建设等基础设施建设项目。</p><p style="text-align: left;
