box-sizing: border-box !important;'>近期学校会安排班主任联系您填写《在校学生健康状况申报表》，请予以支持配合！请您对照申报表所列内容逐条逐项如实准确填写，做到不虚报、不瞒报，并作出承诺。<strong style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>毕竟开学复学来之不易。</strong>同时，在全县疫情未宣布结束前，请您及子女每天通过“江西省校园疫情防控信息系统”、个人健康码、各校师生健康信息排查系统，及时如实准确填报子女和家庭共同居住人员的健康信息。未按规定要求主动申报个人健康状况信息，或故意隐瞒、漏报家庭成员及个人旅居史、接触史、健康史等行为，将会影响子女如期返校复学；造成疫情输入校园严重后果的，还要承担相关的民事责任、法律责任。</p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>在党中央的坚强领导下，经过艰苦努力，付出巨大牺牲，目前全国疫情防控已取得阶段性重要成果，我们必须倍加珍惜。但国外疫情烽火连天，国内疫情火星点点，我们又面临严防国境外疫情输入的重大考验。同时，湖北离鄂通道已于3月25日解除管控，离汉通道也将于4月8日解除，再加上我们毗邻广东等国外疫情输入的重点地区，返校复学前又恰逢清明节长假，返乡祭扫人流剧增，疫情传播风险提高，我们仍要高度警惕，不能有丝毫的松懈<strong style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>。</strong>在全县疫情未宣布结束前，请您做到：</p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; color: rgb(0, 82, 255); box-sizing: border-box !important;'><strong style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>一是密切关注孩子身心健康</strong></span><strong style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>。</strong>请您在家中准备好水银体温计和一定数量的口罩（如有条件，请您准备好孩子入学后10天用的口罩20个）、洗手液、消毒液等防疫物品，每天孩子上学前在家里测量好体温并报告班主任，如体温在37.3度以内，则督促孩子上下学途中佩戴好口罩点对点到校到家，路途中与人接触保持1米以上距离，不成群结对，到家后坚持先洗手。如您的孩子出现发热（体温超过37.3度时）、咳嗽等症状，请第一时间报告班主任并佩戴好口罩送至乡镇卫生院或按要求到县人民医院就医，并听从医生的返校建议。</p><p style='max-width: 100%; color: rgb(0, 82, 255); box-sizing: border-box !important;'><strong style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>四是要求孩子严格执行学校管理规定。</strong></span>寄宿学生未经批准不得在校外租房，不得在校外餐饮店就餐。走读生未经批准一律在学校午餐，进校后完成当日所有学习任务后离校，如条件允许，可由家长点对点接送。</p><p style='max-width: 100%;
