text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>3.破坏村（居）基层民主协商、民主决策、民主管理、民主监督等制度，把持、干预、插手村级公共事务，以违规违法手段恶意竞标，非法占地、强揽工程、侵吞霸占挪用村集体资源资金资产。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;
