margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 1.33; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">原来：非营运小微型客车（面包车除外）超过6年不满10年的，每年检验1次。</p><p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 1.33; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">现在：<span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">调整为每两年检验1次</span>。</p><p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 1.33; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">车辆发生伤亡交通事故或者非法改装被依法处罚的，仍按原规定周期检验，保障车辆安全性能。</p><p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 1.33; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">★放宽小型汽车驾驶证申请年龄：</span></p><p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 1.33; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">原来：考证上限70周岁。</p><p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 1.33; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">现在：<span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">不作限制</span>——对70周岁以上人员考领驾驶证的，增加记忆力、判断力、反应力等能力测试，保证身体条件符合安全驾驶要求。</p><p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 1.33; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">★优化大中型客货车驾驶证申请条件：</span></p><p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 1.33; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">申请大型客车、牵引车驾驶证的年龄下限由26周岁、24周岁降低至22周岁，申请大中型客货车驾驶证年龄上限由50周岁调整至60周岁。</p><p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 1.33; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">同时缩短增驾时间间隔，对无相应记分周期满分记录，申请大型客车驾驶证的，由取得大型货车驾驶证至少5年缩短至3年，申请牵引车和中型客车驾驶证的，由取得大型货车驾驶证至少3年缩短至2年。</p><p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 1.33; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">★扩大体检医疗机构范围：</span></p><p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 1.33; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">申请机动车驾驶证需要提交身体条件证明的，体检医疗机构由县级或者部队团级以上医疗机构扩大到符合健康体检资质的二级以上医院、乡镇卫生院、社区卫生服务中心、健康体检中心等医疗机构。</p><p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 1.33; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">★便利残疾人家庭共用车辆：</span></p><p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 1.33; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">持有小型自动挡汽车驾驶证（C2）以上的人员，可以驾驶上肢残疾人专用小型自动挡载客汽车，便利残疾人家庭成员及其他服务残疾人出行的人员共用车辆。</p><p style="margin-top: 1em; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">★推行二手车出口临牌异地通办</span></p><p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 1.33; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">对二手车出口企业收购机动车用于出口的，可以直接申领临时行驶车号牌，无需核发正式号牌；属于异地收购车辆的，可以在机动车登记地直接申领临时行驶车号牌。</p><p style="margin-top: 1em;
