box-sizing: border-box !important;'>公诉机关指控，2009年5月至2010年8月，被告人谭学忠在任寻乌县人民政府县长期间，擅自同意和纵容他人非法开采稀土，致使矿产资源遭受严重破坏，破坏价值为人民币8586.3964万元。2006年5月至2016年10月，被告人谭学忠在担任章贡区委常委、副区长、寻乌县人民政府县长、大余县人民政府县长、大余县委书记、赣州综合保税区管委会主任职务期间，利用职务上的便利，在工程项目承揽、项目推进、融资和资金拨付等方面为他人谋取利益，收受赖某某、樊某某等22人所送现金人民币372.728889万元和价值人民币14.81万元的手表4块、价值人民币0.8万元的购物卡1张，折合人民币价值共计388.338889万元。公诉机关认为，被告人谭学忠身为国家机关工作人员，滥用职权，情节特别严重；利用职务上的便利，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人财物，数额特别巨大；谭学忠收受黑社会性质组织领导者周某某财物，系黑社会性质组织保护伞，应当以滥用职权罪、受贿罪追究其刑事责任。</span></section></section><section powered-by="xiumi.us" style='max-width: 100%;
