font-family: 宋体, SimSun;'>要采取超常措施，迅速抓好反诈各项宣传措施落地落实。一要“以广治广”，扩大反诈宣传工作的覆盖面。要采取超常措施加大宣传防范工作的针对性和覆盖面，通过设立反诈宣传工作站、宣传栏、张贴宣传海报等形式，最大程度地把社会各界的宣传积极性调动起来，把力量凝聚起来。通过开展全方位、全领域、无死角的宣传，把防骗知识传递至每一位市民，尽力做到家喻户晓，人人皆知。二要“以快治快”，提高反诈宣传工作的反应度。要及时宣传、及时揭露、及时提醒，让群众随时了解不断翻新的诈骗手段，避免被新的犯罪手段蒙骗而上当受骗。发挥宣传教育引导作用，提醒广大群众加强防范，最大限度降低同类案件发案率，提升全民反诈能力。三要“以准治准”，强化反诈宣传工作的针对性。要精准有效的强化群众防骗心理，提升群众自我防范意识和防范能力。要针对电信诈骗犯罪特点和犯罪伎俩，引导人民群众采取安全防范措施，提醒群众不轻信来历不明的电话、信息，不向对方透露自己及家人的身份信息、存款、银行卡等情况，不向他人出租、出借银行卡、手机卡，不向陌生人汇款、转账。</span><span style='font-family: 宋体, SimSun;'></span></p><p style='text-align: center;text-indent: 0em;line-height: 3em;'><span style='caret-color: red; font-family: 宋体, SimSun;'>要强化组织领导，确保反诈宣传工作见行见效。全县反诈宣传工作的组织及其办公室要充分发挥牵头抓总、综合协调的作用，抓紧建立行之有效的工作机制，研究制定具体工作措施，把宣传各项工作任务落实到每一个环节，明确每项工作完成时限和标准要求，确保事事有人管、件件有着落。要协调联动，形成合力。各乡镇、各单位要牢固树立大局意识、协作意识、配合意识，各司其职、各尽其责、通力合作，接受任务不讲条件，遇到困难不找借口，全力做好所承担的宣传任务。要加强督导，严肃问责。要建立常态化督查机制，加大对反诈宣传工作的督查问责力度，每月要对各乡镇的电诈发案、经济损失数、万人发案数等情况进行排名通报，对落实工作不力或本乡镇、本行业领域案件持续高发的，领导小组视情进行全县通报批评或约谈相关单位主要负责人。同时，要把反诈宣传成效纳入年终对各乡镇综治考评结果应用。</span></p><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-family: 宋体, SimSun;'>会前，参会人员还在签名墙上进行个性签名，并通过现场展示的宣传展板、宣传资料，宣传防范电信网络诈骗知识。</span></section><p><br></p></section></section></section></div><p></p>
