color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-family: 宋体, SimSun; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> 为依法严厉打击赌博违法犯罪活动，净化社会风气，有效遏制赌博违法犯罪行为的发生，保障人民群众安居乐业，根据《中华人民共和国刑法》、《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》等法律规定，通告如下：</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 0em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-family: 宋体, SimSun; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> 二、公安机关近期将开展打击赌博违法犯罪专项整治行动，依法严查农村聚众赌博、网络赌博、“钓虾公”、“地下六合彩”等违法犯罪活动，全面铲除一批赌博活动“黑窝点”，打掉一批利用赌博获利的违法犯罪团伙，破获一批开设赌场、聚众赌博案件。 </span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 0em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-family: 宋体, SimSun; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> 三、明知他人实施赌博违法犯罪活动，而为其提供场所、资金，或者帮助接送赌客、望风看场、收受投注、兑换筹码、结算赌资等直接帮助，一律依法从严惩处。构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 0em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-family: 宋体, SimSun; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> 四、对赌博违法犯罪活动的组织者、为首者、主要参与者，或者利用电子游戏机室、棋牌室等从事赌博违法犯罪活动的开办者、经营者、获利者，依法从严惩处。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 0em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-family: 宋体, SimSun; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> 五、赌博违法犯罪活动用作赌注的款物、换取筹码的款物和通过赌博赢取的款物属于赌资，赌博用具以及赌博违法犯罪分子所有的专门用于赌博的资金、交通工具、通讯工具等，依法予以收缴；赌博的违法所得以及为赌博提供条件的违法所得，依法予以追缴。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 0em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-family: 宋体, SimSun; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> 六、因赌博产生的债权债务不受法律保护；为索取赌债实施敲诈勒索、非法拘禁、抢劫、伤害、绑架等违法犯罪行为的，依法从严惩处。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%;
