目前基隆嶂风电项目进入了最后的冲刺阶段，已完成50台风机的吊装，风机调试进展顺利；总长67.98千米的35KV集电线路敷设完成超8成；道路、主体土建、升压站电气设备安装、控制站等工程建设也已进入扫尾阶段，预计12月10日集电线路完工，12月10日首台风机并网，12月20日全部风机调试完工，12月30全部风机并网发电。
