他是个穷小子，30出头了，最大的梦想是当个上门女婿。他创业，扬言自己做的是一门绝不赔钱的生意。他说他的鸡有卖点，喂的是灵芝！创业十几年，老罗如何把养鸡经营成一门不会亏本的生意？又是如何实现了从穷小子到千万老板的逆袭呢？罗老板养鸡如何稳赚不赔<br>

寻乌县华丰蛋鸡场位于江西省寻乌县石排村，成立于2011年8月份，现有70000只灵芝老母鸡，主营灵芝蛋鸡养殖、鸡蛋销售、网络灵芝鸡蛋供应商、另外也做工厂厨房供蛋、超市供蛋、学校供蛋、礼盒公司包装供蛋。2016年2月入驻寻乌电商产业园。<br>

5年前，罗召华回到家乡创业。他选择了农民最熟悉的行业，办起了寻乌县华丰蛋鸡场。短短的几年间把蛋鸡场经营的红红火火，这样给罗总起到了很大的鼓励，罗总嘴里经常说的一句话，采用好的饲料给动物调理身体，可以让动物更健康，“活得更久而不是长得更快”<br>

什么样的鸡蛋才是好鸡蛋？安全！营养！这是作为一枚好鸡蛋的先决条件。这就要喂好的食物，没有化学药物和农药的残留；要集中管理，防止人畜共患现象的发生；要价格合理，让老百姓吃得起。<br>
<br>
当赚钱已经不再是唯一目标后，不耐宁静安逸生活的罗总一度希望打造他的高端品牌鸡蛋。遗憾的是，没有人敢“冒险”尝试，有人甚至说，“一个鸡蛋撑破天卖到两块钱，难不成一个蛋还能卖出一只鸡的价格吗?”<br>

倔强的罗召华就是要证明，一个小鸡蛋也能卖出一只鸡的价格。大胆的他“玩票”了一个别人不敢试的事情，开拓了专门做高端鸡蛋。结果，不到两年时间，奇迹出现了：他卖的灵芝鸡蛋，3元一个，在批发市场里.他还说要是这做的好希望能带领我们更多的乡亲们发财至富。<br>

刚做的时侯他也是想了很久，要怎么样才能把我家鸡蛋做的更好呢？有一天他在我们这里的大街上，看到满大街的灵芝种植户在街上晒灵芝（寻乌县是国内少有的灵芝聚散地之一）。他就想，既然灵芝能提高人体免疫力，那适不适用于动物呢?把灵芝的营养成份通过动物的身体来过滤成食物，长期的食用是不是更有效，更理想呢？罗召华就在鸡身上做起了试验，结果他发现，灵芝加入饲料里、每天精心熬制灵芝水给母鸡喝，也能提高动物的免疫能力。更令罗召华意想不到的是，吃过灵芝的鸡，下的蛋口感特别好。这使他眼前一亮：就试着把鸡蛋做成品牌吧。<br>

现场演示了打鸡蛋：表皮鲜亮平滑，无任何粗糙手感，打开鸡蛋后，呈现三个层次,分别为：蛋黄、浓蛋白和稀蛋白，蛋黄比普通蛋黄高出2毫米，浓蛋白浓稠密集，显得十分饱满，看起来十分漂亮。普通鸡蛋的蛋清、蛋黄分为两层，而灵芝鸡蛋打破后分成三层，且蛋黄厚度大，用其它鸡蛋一比，灵芝鸡蛋的蛋黄更自然。而煮熟的灵芝鸡蛋口感更香。

和摆满超市橱柜的几角钱一只的鸡蛋相比，灵芝鸡蛋确实是天价。采访中发现有趣的一幕：罗召华的养鸡场里，鸡按蛋进驻的不同卖场，分配不同“住房”，“这栋楼的鸡下的蛋，是华丽丰灵芝蛋的……”罗召华还告诉我，为了保护商品的知识产权，他在每一枚鸡蛋上都贴上商标，使消费者可以放心。<br>

外国客户来蛋鸡场考察热心高兴的跟远道如来的他握手欢迎，这下好了，对于寻乌这样一个小县城来说，能让外国的顾客来参观我们的土特产农产品那是非常值的高兴的事情，可把他乐了老半天。<br>

我们还了解到，现在他的鸡蛋卖的是相当不错，得到了国内外社会各界的一致好评和称赞。特别是上海和北京医药界的朋友都点名要华丽丰灵芝营养鸡蛋，不但买来自己吃，还很多买来送给亲朋好友的。看的出来，他的包装也是还可以的，有档次，大方实惠，非常适合送礼。<br>
