border-bottom-style: solid; border-bottom-color: rgb(249, 110, 87); margin-right: 6.9em; margin-left: 6.9em;"></section></section></section><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">邝某系寻乌县农业与粮食局工作人员，曾于2011年间在申请执行人欧某经营的“农选果业”赊购农药化肥，共欠欧某肥料款12200元。虽被多次催取，邝某均未支付分文，欧某故而将其诉至法院。经法院判决后，邝某仍未主动履行义务。经申请执行人欧某申请，案件于2016年8月16日进入强制执行程序。在执行过程中，执行人员依法向邝某送达了执行通知书、报告财产令等相关法律文书，并多次传唤邝某到庭履行，但邝某均不配合。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">2016年11月11日，执行人员再次传唤邝某到庭，邝某当庭请求让其先外出筹钱，并承诺会在当天下午16时30分前到庭履行完判决义务，且签下履行保证书。但邝某并未依约履行，且自当天下午16时后手机一直呈关机状态，后执行人员多次到其单位与住所传唤，但邝某均玩起了“躲猫猫”以规避执行。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"> 2016年12月28日早上，执行人员再次来到邝某家中，并将熟睡中的邝某逮了个正着。在释明身份后，执行人员要求其到庭履行判决义务，但邝某一再拖延时间不肯配合执行。经多次劝说无效后，执行人员果断当场宣布对邝某作出司法拘留15日的决定。正当执行人员要将其带至法院时，邝某却不顾形象耍起了泼，赖在地上不肯起来，企图逃避执行。在执行人员的努力下，邝某最终被带至法院，并于当日被送至看守所看管。</p><section class="wx96Diy" data-source="bj.96weixin.com"><section style="margin-top: 10px;
